RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING SMOKING INSIDE THE FACILITY. THIS BIGGEST CONCERN WAS THAT THE DESIGNATED AREA FOR SMOKING WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE DOORWAYS TO THE FACILITY WHICH IS ALLOWING THE SMOKE TO TRAVEL INSIDE AND INVADE THE BAR. WALKED IN AND FACILITY DID HAVE THE BACK DOOR OPEN TO THE OUTSIDE DECK AREA. THERE WAS A SLIGHT SMOKE SMELL BUT THE BARTENDER STATED THAT THEY WERE JUST OUT TAKING A SMOKE BREAK. I HANDED OUT THE FAQ SHEET AND STATE THAT AT NO TIME IS SMOKING ALLOWED TO BE DONE INSIDE THE BAR OR WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE ENTRANCES. DID HAVE THEM MOVE THE FRONT CIG TRASH CAN FARTHER OUT BECAUSE IT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR. I DID POINT OUT AS WELL THAT ANOTHER COMPLAINT COULD INSTITUTE A FINE.
NO OTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED. |
